Education-facilitating creativity

The idea of this course is to educate the participants as facilitators, and let them facilitate cooperation, teamwork and creative forum.

Facilitation is a more dynamic and engaging way to deliver a result in collaboration than the traditional meeting management. Therefore, the method is attractive for the new generation of scientists and leaders. Facilitation is for groups, what coaching is for the individuals. A technique to redeem potentials and creating development, meaning and value among participants.

Programme:
The educational goal requires that participants can practice facilitation between the days of education, which is spread out from September to March.
